The
soft coral waved
In
the ebb, and flow,
Swung
and swayed
With
the movement,
Of
the underwater world.
Delightful,
brilliant colors,
Attracted
the creatures
Who
swam by looking
For
food, a new home.
Sharks
glided by silently,
Their
shadow spelled danger
For
those who dare, or forget,
Not
to adventure from safety.
The
electric eel peeked out
From
its own cave in the coral,
Gropers
sat in wait
For
the unexpected traveler.
Day
and night
They
work and play,
In
the beautiful coral garden
Beneath
the surface of
The
deep blue sea.
